eslie Osterling presented her first book, “Footprints, memory and time”, at the Centro de la Imagen, in Miraflores. “It’s a tribute to the original essence of photography,” she says. “The idea is that my work speaks directly to their hearts”. To achieve this, she included in her work a photograph of her, her own texts and poems, as well as a playlist created especially to “serve as a pairing for the images.” The presentation featured the participation of four panelists: the collector Juan Mulder, the historian Mauricio Novoa, the art historian Liliana Checa and the photographer José María Díaz-Maroto. “It was a resounding success from every point of view,” adds Leslie.
